Replaced Jbidwatcher

Hi,
My program was working well and then my motherboard crashed. I now have a new computer and reinstalled your program. I have 2 issues now that I didn't have before.
(1) thumbnails don't show up, just a box with a dot in the middle. (thumbnails are checked in settings) (2) program used to automatically start when computer booted, now it doesn't. Any help appreciated,,,,
