Null price

I have Windows 7, 64 bit, and today is the first day I have seen the NULL for several months. I see where people are complaining about, but no suggestions for a solution....is there one?

   I am seeing it on auctions...this wasn't happening a couple of days ago...first time I've seen it since updating the program a few monts ago.

   item 180854711464 is showing NULL for me and wont let me place a snipe....it ends in 6 hours...help me help me!! lol

   Greetings,
   I'm very sorry, but I can't help within 6 hours; I have another 4-5
   hours at work before I can even get to a system to debug it and it's
   been 40 minutes since your email.

   Several people have indicated success by uninstalling JBidwatcher
   entirely, and moving/deleting the data directory, and reinstalling the
   application.

   Everything came up Null again today....is Ebay doing this on purpose, or is
   it a glitch in the software? I downloaded your latest software last week
   and it seemed to do the trick, then today it came back...any suggestions!
