2.5.6 - SSL error on Ubuntu

Hi,
when I try to connect to ebay, I always get the error message: "java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty". The SSL connection cannot be established, so even the login does not work.
The error appears on an updated Ubuntu 12.04. I tried OpenJDK 6 and 7, and I tried deleting the .jbidwatcher folder. Any ideas?
