Jbid wants to install Java

Jbid wants to install java on my mac and i have java installed and up to date. When i try to install Jbid it ask to install java so i tell it that it can and this is the message it comes up with.(Can't download the software because of a network problem.) I've tried everything and can't seem to make it download..
