Cant Open "JBidwatcher is dameged"

Hi,

have mac 10.9.1.
in the front of thsi page i cant find help for this problem.

    Greetings,Go to System Preferences, the Security section, and set 'allow from anywhere'. Run JBidwatcher once and then you can turn it back to what it was.
