Latest version JBW on Windows 7 64 with Firefox-

When I try to add an auction I get this message:

"An error has occurred: Cannot add auction 200723764405, either invalid or communication error talking to server."

FAQ 3:

• Q. What means, if my eBay name (in the right top corner) is cancelled?
A. If your eBay name has a 'strikethrough' over it, it means
JBidwatcher is having trouble logging in as you, and it means that a snipe
on your behalf might not fire. You should hover your cursor over the
strikeout, and a tooltip should pop up and let you know what it thinks is wrong.

When I hover over my ebay name and the ebay date and time pursuant to FAQ 3 above, I get this message:

"Last login was successful. Communications failure talking to server"
