Did not successfully retrieve the sign in cookie... got the red dot of death, top right, can sign in on eBay okay, but JBid can't, running fine until today... restarted, same thing...

   JBidwatcher gets info from eBay, but says it isn't logged in. I've updated my password for eBay, etc
   What do I need to do?
   On Mac running High Serria os
