Can't get past "Synchronizing with My eBay"

I have used JBW for over 10 yrs, however not in the last 6 months. I switched my browser to Chrome 3 months ago and now am unable to use JBW. Even tried using my old browser (Firefox) with no luck, so maybe the browser is not the problem. I have deleted JBW and re-downloaded. Just keep getting stuck at "Synchronizing with My eBay". I have gone to Configuration Manager and tested the eBay login (good). The Browser tab now says under Windows, ""C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" %1"

Please, how do I fix this?! Love the program and am frustrated that I suddenly can't use it. Thanks! Peggy

    I too am having this exact same problem. As a result, it just will not work. It does not place a snipe.
