bad ebay long in

i cant seem to get the ebay log in to work, even tho password is right all i get is:
"The log on did not cause any errors and delivered
Cookies, but was not clearly recognized as successful"

what am i doing wrong, or whats the fix ? can i assume with this kind of error my snipe bids will not go through?
