expired items, duplicate items, shipping

Just started using JBidwatcher, it imported all my watched items into the Current tab, including items that have expired. How do I exclude these?
Also amongst the expired items many if not all are duplicated, on both the Current and Complete tabs.
And finally shipping price only pulled through automatically for one of my current items, do I honestly have to put in the shipping price manually? These are simple auctions with one shipping price.
